Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) serve as tangible proof of our investment in renewable energy generation. These tradeable digital certificates signify the production of one megawatt-hour (MWh) of energy from renewable sources. By harnessing solar power within our operations, Masood Roomi proudly contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and enhances a more sustainable energy landscape.
Our Journey with I-RECs
Masood Roomi has a longstanding commitment to integrating solar energy into our operational energy supply as part of our effort towards a cleaner environment. We have been working closely with the Pakistan Environment Trust to obtain renewable energy certificates. As part of this effort, we have recently gained access to the online portal. Masood Roomi will soon register its solar energy devices on the portal and begin issuing renewable energy certificates.
